1. Walk 20 minutes a day, treadmill, golf or biking
2. Eat a healthy breakfast
3. No Cigars - don't even look at them
4. Play Basketball again
Business
1. 20 new Loan Applications in 30 days
2. Talk to Three agents every day
3. Be in the Agent offices as much as possible
4. Learn something new

About Me
My Background
After graduation, I moved to California and ended up staying in the Bay Area most of my career. I live with my wonderful wife and have four grown kids. Each day is an adventure!
My Hobbies
When I'm not at work, I really enjoy playing golf and need to get back to Basketball. Cooking with my wife is always fun but need to expand our options

Eight hours of sleep. I don't think I can add much more but I'll try.
